Genuflect. The St. Just Vigilantes have woken from the deep dervish dreaming of their debut LP 'Pastor of Oaks, Sheppherd of Stones' and are returned from the east to the high light and bright silences of the wild isles of Britain with their new EP Our Books Withstand The Fire. Composed and recorded over a period of two years throughout the world, in forests, on islands, in cities and suburbs, amid madness and marriage, death and desire, drone and dream.

'Our Books Withstand The Fire' is the follow up to the much lauded Pastor of Oaks, Sheppherd of Stones LP and Swans Evangelist 7" released on Static Caravan and Black Maps. 'Our Books Withstand The Fire' is a jewelled wound full of silver and swans, smoke and sword.
