Marc creates soundtracks for film & theatre, produces albums and writes musicals. 

He has worked with Aardman Animation, Dvein, Studio AKA, Tom Morris, Yves Geleyn, Howard Davies, David Hare, Timothy Walker and Michael White. His soundtrack credits include 'The Shave' and the VW Score nominated 'Hearts' as well as numerous TV and cinema commercials, including acclaimed global campaigns for Johnnie Walker, Playstation 3, Coca-Cola and Orange.

His latest musical 'Stuck on a Sunday' was developed at the Royal Opera House in collaboration with writers/lyricists Jason Morell & Timothy Walker. The UK FIlm Council supported the development of a screenplay and 'Stuck on a Sunday' is now being developed into an animated feature film, directed by Marc Craste (who was Oscar shortlisted for 'Varmints', and won a BAFTA for 'JoJo in the Stars')

Film director Alex Herzog is currently developing a film cycle for the Royal Opera House based on music from the album 'The Island of Komodo' which Marc made in collaboration with Bernd Wuertz.

Other recent commissions include the score for 'Blood & Gifts' for director Howard Davies which premiered at the National Theatre to rave reviews, an animation for the 100th edition of IDM magazine by Barcelona-based Dvein and the soundtrack for Brad Watson's feature thriller 'Beacon 77'.

Marc is developing a musical based on 'The Master & Margarita' at the National Theatre Studio with co-composer/lyricist Tim Phillips.

Previous musical works include the opera 'Last Rites' in collaboration with writer Timothy Walker and the Twitter Opera, co-written with Helen Porter, which premiered at The Royal Opera House in summer 2009 and was nominated for the 2010 Guardian Innovation Award.

Marc recently completed the experimental pop album 'Imekura' with Bernd Wuertz and Japanese singer Ayu Okakita and is currently putting the finishing touches to an album with producer Peter Challis and singer/songwriter Lucy Johnson.

Marc was a nominee in the 2005 Berlin International Film Festival's VW Score Award with his soundtrack for Thomas Struck's animation 'Hearts', recorded with The Berlin Film Orchestra.
